Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Casual Fitters, we stand by the quality of our shirts. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unwashed).

• With all original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated team at return@casualfitter.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package to our fulfillment center:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us at inquiry@casualfitter.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong shirt, so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

• For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• For COD Orders: Please provide your Bank Title and IBAN. Refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer within 10 business days.
