Thank you for choosing Casual Fitters. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

  • We offer nationwide shipping across all regions of Pakistan.

     

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

     

  • Final shipping costs will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.

     

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

     

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3 to 5 business days.

     

  • Holidays: Please note that deliveries are not typically made on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide.

     

  • When choosing COD, please ensure the exact amount is ready in cash for our delivery partner at the time of arrival.

     

  • Orders may be subject to a verification call or SMS before they are dispatched.

     

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number.

     

  • You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

     

5. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels

  • Our courier partners will typically make at least two attempts to deliver your parcel.

     

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center in Karachi.

     

  • To re-ship a returned parcel, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Inspection & Damages

  • We encourage you to inspect the external packaging of your parcel upon reception.

     

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, please mention this to the delivery rider and contact us immediately at inquiry@casualfitter.com.
