Casual Fitters operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Casual Fitters is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities offered to any person or geographic region.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND COD PAYMENTS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Casual Fitters reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders placed via COD, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to our logistics partner, PostEx/Call Courier, at the time of delivery.

     

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is not officially accepted until Casual Fitters confirms acceptance via email or SMS.

     

  • Personal Use: You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

     

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent that any credit card or payment information provided is true and that you are authorized to use such payment methods.

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Our primary logistics partner is PostEx/Call Courier.

 

  • Liability: We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

     

  • Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

     

  • Transfer of Risk: Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

     

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, and images, are owned by Casual Fitters and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You and Casual Fitters consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
